Liam
O Mochain - Writer/Director/Producer
numerous film festivals worldwide and won a best short film award at the
1998 Worldfest Houston Int. Film Festival. Liam has directed/ produced
more than 20 documentaries and TV shows for RTÉ and TG4 (national
broadcasters in Ireland) and the Film Institute of Ireland. His documentaries
include the Sundance Report, Venice Report and the Fleadh
Report; contributors include Anthony Mingella, Sean Astin, Pierce
Brosnan, Rosie Perez, Ian Hart, Stephen Fry and Antonio Bird.
Liam has also worked as a writer, producer, presenter and freelance reporter
for numerous radio stations in Ireland, including RTE RnaG (1993 to 2005);
Anna Livia FM (1993-1995); RTE Radio 1 (1997-1998); RTE 2FM (1999); BBC
Radio Ulster (2001), WDAR 96FM (2005 to date) and Dublin South FM (2003).
