| Vincent
has finally finished his magnus opus, a Celtic quest saga. Vincent
is excited about the novel. As far as he is concerned, he has written
the great Irish novel called 'The Daughter of Conn'.It is an epic
tale of the story of Deisin, a hero of the Fianna who has fallen in
love with Fionnula, the Princess of Connacht. He makes an agreement
with Conn, the King of Connacht that he will perform tasks in order
to win her hand in marriage. Each task of this quest takes the form
of a riddle in a poem. Deisin realises that each task is designed
to break the power of the great kings and chieftains of Ireland. |
